Ian Joseph, CFA

President

In addition to his role as President, Mr. Joseph works as an Investment Banker. Prior to joining Paradigm in 2005, Mr. Joseph spent 23 years as a Portfolio Manager for Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Prudential Insurance Company of America, Altamira Management and CIBC Asset Management with responsibility for growth funds and dividend funds. Mr. Joseph was named Manager, Equity Fund of the Year in 2000. He also serves as Vice Chair, Shaw Festival Board of Governors.

Asif Nasim

Mr. Nasim is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and financial services industry expert. In his 20-year career, he has helped financial services companies expand their business, grow their brands and enter new markets. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Nasim was a joint partner running a creative agency that drove brand and marketing value for over 70 financial services clients in Canada and the United States. Mr.Nasim holds a BA (Economics) from Carleton University and serves on the Board of IMCA (Investment Management Consultants Association).

Kanchana Abeywarna

Chief Future Officer

Kanchana leads the financial strategy and investment research teams of Infintel. Before taking on this position, he was the Group Head of Corporate Finance & Strategy at George Steuart, overseeing the functions of over 12 subsidiaries across multiple sectors. Prior to joining George Steuart, he has amassed many years of experience in capital markets, transaction advisory and equity research having held different roles at leading global companies. Kanchana earned his B.Sc in Business Administration from Sri Jayewardenepura University and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Marsha Subasinghe

Executive Vice President

Marsha, leads the executive compensation and ESG research teams. Prior to her role at Infintel, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Spark Actuarial and also a Vice President at Moody’s Analytics (currently Acuity Knowledge Partners). She has over 20 years of experience working with global investment banks, executive compensation consulting firms serving S&P 500 companies Marsha is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and holds a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo.

Max Chernets

Client Management

Max oversees client account management at Infintel. Previously, he founded Wilshire Global, a research partner to corporate advisory firms. Before that, Max held roles at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, FactSet, and Chesapeake Partners, where he gained expertise in equity research modeling, investment banking, and trading. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Supun Madusanka

Manager - Executive
Compensation

Supun manages the executive compensation and corporate governance team of Infintel. He has over 8 years of experience working with large executive compensation consultants based in the US. His experience spans across a broad range of executive compensation matters, including custom research, executive compensation data analytics, peer benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, CD&A drafting and design.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Wathsala Dharmakeerthi

Manager - Corporate Finance
and Investment Research

Wathsala oversees the Corporate Finance and Investment Research team at Infintel, leveraging over 7 years of experience in financial strategy, modeling, valuation, and thematic research. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an Analyst at Uzabase Inc, specializing in industry research across various sectors. Wathsala is a CIMA Passed Finalist and is currently pursuing CFA Level III. Wathsala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with First Class Honours from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Harini Ferdinando

Manager - ESG

Harini, leads the ESG division of Infintel. Her prior experience spans six years of internal and external auditing and other assurance services at Deloitte and Ernst & Young across various industries, including asset management, consumer products, industrial products, tourism and leisure, as well as non-profit organizations. She has also contributed as a marker for the South Asian Federation of Accountants' integrated reporting contest. Harini holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is an Associate member of CPA Australia and a Fellow member at CA Sri Lanka.
